Control Escalating Travel Health Care Costs
Medical costs are rising in many foreign countries. Something foreseeable as say melding fractures can cost up to $22K in Spain.
It’s now more important than ever to be diligent that your Travel Health Insurance has enough coverage. Some advice include:
Read the Policy very carefully. Ask questions. This isn’t the time to be shy. You need to understand its limitation and terms.
Get a checkup & consultation with your doctor to plan and anticipate coverage that you likely need. Also do research on the country for immunization shots. CDC is an excellent resource.
Deal only with legitimate companies. Use the Better Business Bureau to check their reputation. Get the customer service number. And make sure you can call anytime.
